【在学生の方へ】

　大学の夏季一斉休業及び省エネルギー対策等により、以下の期間、品川地区講義棟一階事務室（教務課、学生サービス課、国際?教学支援課）、白鷹館キャリア支援センター、グローバルコモン、越中島地区事務室（教育支援係?学生支援係）の閉室及び証明書自動発行機の停止等を行いますのでお知らせします。

　対象期間前の証明書自動発行機の稼働は、８月８日（金）が最終日となりますので、帰省や就職活動等で各種証明書?学割証が必要な方はご注意ください。証明書自動発行機によらない証明書の発行に必要な期間は証明書の種類により異なりますので担当窓口にて事前に確認してください。

To Current Students

Due to the university's summer vacation and energy-saving measures, the following offices will be closed, and the automatic certificate-issuing machines will be out of service during the period below:

• Shinagawa Campus: 1st floor of the Lecture Hall Building (Academic Affairs Division, Student Support Division, and Academic Support & International Division)
• Career Support Center in Hakuyo Hall
• Global Common
• Etchujima Campus: Administration Division (Educational Support Section and Student Support Section)

Please note that August 8 (Fri.) will be the last day the automatic certificate-issuing machines will be in operation before the closure period. If you need certificates (e.g. for returning home, job hunting, or student discounts), please plan ahead. For certificates that are not issued by the automatic machines, the required processing time may vary depending on the type of certificate. Be sure to check in advance with the respective counter.

☆窓口対応が「×」の期間は各事務室の職員が不在となりますので、原則電話?メール等も対応できません。メールは８月１８日（月）以降に順次対応します。

When "x" is shown under counter services, staff will be absent. In principle, phone and email inquiries will not be handled during this period. Email responses will resume sequentially from Monday, August 18.
