プログラムの概要

ブルーエコノミー（沿岸?海洋における持続可能な開発のための応用科学技術） 創成のための専門家を育成することを目的としたプログラムである。特にSADCおよびその関連諸国からの学生の応募を期待している。

国費外国人留学生　４名/年

私費外国人留学生　４名/年

日本人学生　　　　４名/年

募集対象者

国費外国人留学生の場合は、文部科学省奨学金を受給可能な学生のうち、ブルーエコノミー創成に関連する研究を行う学生。特にSADCとその関連諸国からの学生。私費外国人留学生、日本人学生の場合は、国籍は問わない。

活動内容

所属専攻の修了要件を充足した上で、
①海洋科学技術特別セミナーに参加する。
②東京外国語大学現代アフリカ地域研究センター（ASC）が主催する"ASCセミナー"に年1回参加する。
ただし、②については、本専攻が指定する企業?団体等におけるインターンシップの受講に代えることができる。

Educational Program for Qualified Experts in Blue Economy

Outline of program

This program aims to train highly specialized professionals for aid of creating Blue Economy, the applied science and technology for sustainable development in coastal and ocean areas. Students from SADC and its related countries are highly encouraged for application.

Application qualification

Students who will study on themes related to Blue Economy creation, especially from SADC and its related countries. However, regardless of nationality for Self-financed students and Japanese students.

Program contents

In addition to completing the requirements of your faculty and major, it is mandatory to participate in the following activities:

(1) Marine Science Seminar.

(2) "ASC seminar" organized by ASC African Studies Center, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies once a year. However, the ASC seminar can be replaced by other internship activities at companies / organizations designated by Course of Applied Marine Environmental Studies.
