　Due to the university's summer closure and energy conservation measures, the following offices on the first floor of the Shinagawa Lecture Building (Academic Affairs Division, Student Services Division, International and Academic Support Division), Shiratakakan Career Support Center, Global Common, and Etchujima Campus Offices (Education Support Section, Student Support Section) will be closed and the automatic certificate issuing machines will be unavailable during the following period.

　Please note that the last day for the automatic certificate issuing machines to operate before the target period will be Friday, August 8th, so please be careful if you need various certificates or student discount cards for returning home or job hunting, etc.The time required for certificates not issued by an automated certificate issuing machine varies depending on the type of certificate, so please check with the relevant office in advance.

Please note that August 8 (Fri.) will be the last day the automatic certificate-issuing machines will be in operation Before the closure period. If you need certificates (eg for returning home, job hunting, or student discounts), please plan ahead. For certificates that are not issued by the automatic machines, the required processing time may vary depending on the type of certificate. Be sure to check in advance with the respective counter.
