3. Time to decide on candidates
   Around late January 2026
4. Loan start date
   The month when you entered (admitted or transferred to) a graduate school overseas or entered (admitted or transferred to) a university overseas
5. Restrictions on the loan period for Type 2 scholarships
   If you have previously received a Type 2 scholarship, the loan period for any new Type 2 scholarships you may receive may be limited, or you may not be able to apply. Please check with the person in charge for details.
