Parents of students enrolled or enrolled at our university can apply for the "National Education Loan" from the Japan Finance Corporation. The "National Education Loan" is a public loan system that covers expenses incurred at the time of enrollment and during enrollment, such as entrance fees, tuition fees, textbooks, and apartment deposits and rent, and can be used in conjunction with scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization. Maritime Education Foundation Scholarship Program
The Maritime Education Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, operates various scholarship programs to support students at maritime education institutions so that they can concentrate on their studies with peace of mind. We provide scholarships (interest-free) and entrance preparation funds (interest-free) to students who wish to become seafarers. Eligible students are students in the Department of Maritime Systems Engineering or Department of Marine Electronics and Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Marine Engineering.
